Positioning Your Building as the First Line of Defense
Prioritizing health and safety in a post-COVID-19 world and beyond can now be done with the third-party verified WELL Health-Safety Rating. WELL Building Institute's WELL rating system can help provide a safer, healthier, and more productive environment. There are many health and financial benefits that this new certification can bring to building owners and managers.
The WELL Health-Safety Rating is one of the earliest outcomes of The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Task Force on COVID-19, a group of nearly 600 public health experts, virologists, government officials, academics, business leaders, architects, designers, building scientists, and real estate professionals that was established in late March to help guide IWBI’s response to the pandemic.
